Updated review:nnTheir customer service really is awesome. Excellent communications and professional, with a genuine desire to make it right.nnI bought a bag of Yates cactus mix which was completely different from how it usually is I've been using it for a decade. They immediately replied and said they would refund and replace it, and also open the new bag in front of me. Unfortunately the new bag was the same - they opened several - then said Yates must have changed it's formula. The new stuff is very fine, not good for cacti at all. So they also gave me for free a bag of chunky pumice to mix in.nnI am totally satisfied with this result and their excellent customer service.nnThe only sad thing is if Yates has chnaged their mixture I will have to find another brand! I am very curious to find out if this is true - I think it will annoy a lot of cactus/succulent enthusiasts if so. Anyhow this is not Mitre 10's fault. I'll continue shopping there happily.

I always always have friendly service here. Every staff member gives a smile as you walk past or ask if you need assistance. I never have that at a certain competitor. Il always be a Mitre10 girl.
My experience at the Mitre10 landscape zone was exceptional. We knew nothing about what we were doing and Tommi provided top tier levels of service including helping us come up with a plan and doing the math. His ability to do trigonometry was the icing on the cake, was really impressed. Not to mention he seems like a nice person I bet he has lots of friends.
Highly recommend Ferrymed mitre 10 Mega. The staff at the Service Desk were fantastic and help me out with some gift vouchers. Will definitely be back to shop again.
