Good little mitee 10. Let my puppy in! Dog had an amazing time sniffing around and playing with the toys! She sat in the baby seat because she was getting to crazy  1 Dog tennis ball was seven dollars though, dont really understand what's so special about it? Dog loved it though so we bought it anyway hahah

Looked for and found the deck umbrella we had been looking for. Quite a fluke to be in the area as wasnt intending on going there. Lots of different stuff from other Mitre 10 stores. Just one of the things for sure.

I wanted a portable table and couldn't find tge right size so told staff.  They said we have one left that we don't sell anymore, showed me and it was perfect!! Very good experience and problem solved

Love this mitre 10.  Still has the feeling of the older style of the brand.  Helpful and cheerful staff with an excellent range of goods make this a kiwi icon of a store.  The customer service is some of the best I have seen in NZ.  Well done indeed.

Great service, limited availability of some products and some prices a bit high, but convenient location so we keep coming back.

OLIVER NEEDS A RAISE THAT GUY IS SO NICE, SO HELPFUL IT MADE ME FORGET TO TURN OFF MY CAPS LOCK. C.J is so nice it reminded me to turn caps locks off. Honestly, these boys need to run a customer service training camp over at Bunnings Riccarton, some of their staff must be ill, or never have been taught manners xD but yeah Mitre 10 Beckenham, you've done very well, keep it up. There was one weird lady staff member a while ago but I can't remember her name anymore, but Oliver and CJ pay them more, on GOD. Anyways, peace, and subscribe. ily

Staff reliable and products are great but room for improvement

I am blown away by the amazing service at this place. I use this place all the time and was not sure if a sander would work for my deck that needs to be redone. Dave in the tool department has a machine the same as the one i was interested in buying but not sure if it would work brought his own machine  to work and loaned it to me. Who does that? After using his machine I am confident it will do the job so I bought it. Marks The manager is a really good guy too. Can't beat the service at this place. Great team at this place and they all do a fantastic job.

Went there today to buy block of wood as base of my bed. One of the staff I believe his name is Geoff recommended me to drill new holes and insert the legs instead and gave me detailed instruction on how to do it. as I never dealt with drilling on DIY stuff myself as having base on top of wooden blocks might causes the bed to slip and injured myself. Another staff Tim? jumped in as well and offered help. I cannot thank them enough for helping me!

Very friendly and knowledge staff around the shop. Good prices and products too.
