You may have the lowest prices. On some stock anyway. But the service is shocking. I just spent $1500 in timber but non of your staff Could be bothered helping me load. 250 timbers pailings 23 timber rails etc etc all loaded by myself onto the trailer. I don't expect you to do it for me.... But you have forklifts to help with pailings. An hour and a half later they still didnt ever offer. Then had the balls to ask to count the pailings.  It isn't all about the price paid. Sort it out

poor service, long waits and and staff no willing to listen and assist 
this is not the first time Shirley Bunnings has let me down

Easy parking, always plenty even when busy. Staff generally very helpful and good prices (although not always best quality) no late nights, open until 7pm during week and 6pm weekend.
