The Miles Toyota Team are awesome. We recently purchased a new vehicle. Our salesperson Ben was amazing, very patient and followed up all our queries. In regards to our new Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid , we love it. Toyota is such an amazing company. I have bought a Highlander Hybrid Limited from Miles Toyota. Staff Tracey did everything for us to make hassle-free transactions and car delivery because I dealt from Auckland. Also, we were impressed with the other staff. I would highly recommend Miles Toyota Team.

Good easy to deal with company, Tracy and Hana are excellent and easy to deal with. The male used car manager is a different story, arrogant and unfriendly. Lets down the team.

Very good service. Went to pick up a new car and everyone was very friendly and helpful. David was excellent in showing my the cars features. Toyota is a very good brand and it shows with this dealership.

Went to get a quote to change a headlight bulb - got quoted $61 and got told the job would take 15mins. An hour and a half later, I got told they made a mistake with the quotation and  it would actually cost $240. After I refused as that was way over the limit I was willing to pay, they told me that they would have to take the headlight bulb out if I didn't want to pay. This took another 30mins. The worst experiences I've had at a mechanic, expect so much more from Toyota than this.

Extremely helpful comprehensive service that made an otherwise tedious process smooth and easygoing.
