AA Auto Centre Papanui made what had been an extremely stressful day for me into a complete pleasure!  I had been let down by Miles Continental as part of a full service programme in letting me know that my warrant was expiring today!  After several visits to other outlets around the city to no avail I tried AA Auto Centre Papanui on the off-chance.  They managed to squeeze me in and I am so appreciative of the amazing friendly service, the spotless waiting area and the efficiency the provided in getting me in and out within a short space of time.  Thank you so much guys - it was the best experience I’ve had in a very long time!

I would like to thank Dave for his sincere service and support. My car broke down on a Friday night. I called the AA road service. They gave it a jump start but car didn't start. They assumed there was an issue with the alternator. I was all panicky and anxious, this being my first time in New Zealand. Dave was kind enough to give me an early booking on Monday. I got the car towed. It was a failed battery and it was quickly fixed within one hour. Thank you so much Dave for making the process easy and smooth Service:&nbsp;Battery

Highly recommend coming here. Had my car break down prior to getting some WOF repairs done, everything was taken care of and car was back on the road the next day. Really helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Thanks guys!

Came here last year when I lived in the area for a WOF, had such a pleasant experience, easy and great customer service that I decided to return this year even though I no longer live in the area to get my vehicle serviced. In this case, good customer service is worth travelling for and I highly recommend this branch for anyone wanting an easy and pleasant experience

I booked my car in for what I thought was a fairly straightforward job, and got a loan vehicle for the day.  Unfortunately the job took considerably longer than anticipated; they kept me well-informed every step of the way and did the best they could to get it sorted plus I had the use of the loan car the whole time.  The job was done to a very high standard and slightly lower price than I'd expected; I'll definitely use them again.

Excellent service. Very clean n tidy. As there would be a delay due to staff illness, I was offered a car. I was able to keep warm at home n when my car was ready I was txt .

Had the pleasure working with Dave. Went in and asked about batteries. I knew that’s what I needed. Lived down the street and they gave me a jump start kit to help me drive my car to the shop. Just needed the battery changed so Dave was very courteous and did it right there on the spot. Very much appreciated and delighted to have my car serviced there.

Took my Toyota blade 6 cylinder in for a service today and ended up being far more impressed than expected. I had to spend a bit more than I had predicted however this was explained to me in full detail with an explanation that actually made sense to me which was great. I have adjustable suspension in my car and however not ideal, the guys still gave me a hand and explained to me what I needed to do to make my drive a bit smoother without having to make my car not as low as it is now. Very friendly, very helpful and awesome to deal with. Thank you again :
