Straight up guys with straight up service. These guys know what they are doing, no fuss, no bother, just great expert service. Good feeling about these guys, I felt confident that I wasn’t being taken advantage of as I have at other places in the past. Gavin and the team do a superb job; fast, friendly, efficient and thorough, along with helpful advice. Had a service there recently and I noticed the difference when I drove out of the place, my car runs great. Went back for a WoF, again with same fabulous care and attention paid. Even convinced my son to try them; he was impressed too! Oil Changers Riccarton, you have my very highest recommendation! Nice one team. :-)

The service that they performed on my car was awesome and I managed to get them to look at an issue. During the service they managed to track down the issue quite easily and an rough estimate to fix the problem. I came back to get it fix (cause why not... the service was excellent!!!) and the cost of the repairs was pretty much on point with the estimate. Gavin and the team were very thoughtful and professional. I would recommend these guys to everyone and I would personally drive half-way across Christchurch to get my car serviced/repaired or WOF'd again by them.

Convenient, helpful and super friendly. I've brought my car in for both an oil change and WOF and Gavin was super helpful and friendly. I'd recommend calling ahead of time to decrease your wait time but they do a good job at getting you in. I'd definitely recommend!

I had mistakenly put the wrong oil into my car and asked for a oil change and flush, the car had no problems and there was no engine light when I drove it in and it was idling smoothly. I went in for an oil change and I was advised that had to rebuild my engine for about 5k due to using the wrong oil. After the "Oil change" and filter change the car came back idling worse and the engine light flashing continuously. Gavin simply said "It's running rough mate" charged me $150 and gave me back my keys. I later got the car towed to the dealer by insurance to get a diagnostic test of what was wrong and I was told that there was a misfire due to too much oil in the engine and that was the reason one of the plugs had blown. I had to pay another invoice to get it fixed from the dealer but the car is running fine now. Not really impressed at all by the service cause when I called in 3 days later to try and get the old filter back that had been supposedly changed I was told by Gavin that "Old parts are thrown away in a drum at the back."

Regardless of the filter issue, I fail to see how "professional mechanics" can overfill an engine with oil? Wasted money coming to this poor service and definitely will not be returning!

I would recommend oil changers to everyone. They are fast and friendly. There is 100% transparency on what they are doing to your car. I have serviced my car 2 weeks ago from them and it runs smooth. Keep up the good work guys.
