Very disappointed with the service from Auto Friend. I originally took my car in for a WOF where they failed me on my park brake balance and my steering rack. I paid for the park brake to be adjusted to only be told elsewhere that it was out by 48%! Took it back and auto friend tried taking another $45 off me even when I showed them the receipt that they had fixed it. Also - turns out only the LH steering rack arm was faulty which would only cost me $200, yet auto friend quoted me $600 and said that I need to get the whole rack replaced. When I called to ask what was wrong with it, they just said it needed to be replaced and couldn't provide any more information.

Poor service, the man told me to shut up and was reluctant to fix his original repair.

Close to uni but definitely do not recommend.

Asked for a quote and when went to pay it was double the price quoted. Not customer friendly. Won't go back

I went here for my warrant as my usual place was closed and it was nice and close to uni. Never again. They failed my car on multiple things and when I asked what some of them were they looked at me and laughed. They then offered to fix everything for me to which I said no and drove off. I have just been to my normal place for my warrant and I passed with flying colours.... and this is without having fixed anything that Auto Friend said I had failed on. I showed my regular place the list that Auto Friend told me I failed on and they said that there was nothing wrong with any of those things. So they clearly saw me coming and thought they could make some money out of me, even though there was nothing wrong with my car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. They are a waste of time and money, I didn't even want to give them one star, but had to otherwise I could not review them.
