Deeply unsatisfied! Firstly we took our car in to get a chip repaired, but because a previous chip that was repaired by smith and smith was growing, we were told a new windscreen was needed. we waited for the new windscreen to arrive, smith and smith took out our old window tried to put in the new window and then realized they had ordered the wrong one, then they put the old windscreen back in and in the process badly cracked it in multiple places, and told us to come back in two weeks time. this was just before Easter!nThis was very upsetting to my wife. Today we went back again, they fitted the new window, but even to my untrained eye it is a rough job, but what is worse is the ceiling cover is now very loose and creased in places. I can easily get my fingers between the ceiling cover and the roof now. the cable for the built in microphone was hanging down too. My wife was told it was like that and they let her drive away, again super upset. only when I went back to complain did they tidy up the cables, by the technician repeat tried to tell us that the crease were already there and the loose ceiling is suppose to be like that and normal. stay away!

Had to have my windscreen refitted  today at Russley rd. What awesome service from the moment I arrived. Super friendly and fast. Thank God that there are people out there that are this good. The bosses at Russley Rd smith and smith should be super grateful  that they have 2 amazing  people working for them this Saturday

Had to get my back window replaced due to a break in. Reception was lovely, install was completely quickly and they full cleaned all my windows which i feel terrible about as this was a car i usually have my dog in and it wasn't exactly tidy sorry about that! Bloody good service, would recommend.

Great communication, great people, job done so easy and straightforward! Very comfy waiting room as well.

Smiths had my ute for the day to replace a windscreen, they told me at the end of the day that they had damaged the vehicle and cut through the GPS. They then passed me a number of an auto electrician to call to organise a repair. I gave the auto electrician  a call the following day and they told me they don't fix GPS. I then called Smiths and they gave me another number, I called then and was told that company only installs batteries. By this point I was over organising a repair to damage done by Smiths. I called Smiths on a further 3 occasions and they told me they would sort the repair and give me a call back. Today I finally got through to Janelle the area manager on the phone, she said she would call me back in 10 minutes.... she hasn't called back. Next stop Consumer protection.nDon't trust Smith and Smith to make right if they have a stuff up with your vehicle.
