Although the staff was friendly and they got the parts we needed for repair really quick we had the feeling of being ripped of. The bill we got in the end was about twice as high as the quote they gave us in the beginning. So be careful and ready to spend much more money than expected.

I wouldn't usually rate a business but I received a great service from midas Northwood. I had to put my Audi in to get a water cooling system issue repaired. I found the supply chain above standard especially considering the small window of opportunity we had to fix the car between Christmas and New Year's holidays. Communication was polite and to the point. The invoice was more than reasonable. 
A++ very highly recommended

Fabulous service and gave 110%.  Despite being fully booked they still helped out and went above and beyond to assist me. They will have my repeat business and I recommend them to anyone wanting great service and service knowledge.

Worse rip off I ever head!!!! Do not trust them - had to fix right brake in my old 1997 Toyota Spasio so took it to the nearest place - Madas Northwood... Took the car in the morning 9 am and I was told that it will be fixed late morning or early noon same day. Finally after few calls from me they only had a look the car at 2 pm - had a guy given me a clear quote 500-600$ that was total over price as I had fixed the brakes completely on same car for 400$ with brake rotor replacement and ets. (they did not have to even replace rotors in my case) I had no choose only to accept the quote as was in real hurry. I had to cancel all my appointments for the day as they told me they can not fix it same day and did not have the spare car. Ok next morning after a few calls finally they fixed it at 1 pm !!!! I come to pick it up - BILL IS 808.93$ !!!! no one told me about increase in quote or anything.  All my car not worth 800$ ... Dishonest and unprofessional service. Never going to come back again....

today my car developed a loud screach in my car  so I took to midas  and the service was to notch I thought oh oh big $ dollars but no just stone in brake thanks midas
