Pathetic excuse for a company. I booked a taxi the night before for 3:45pm to get my 5:20 flight to Melbourne. Between 3:45 and 4:15 I received several texts saying such and such taxi was on its way only for that taxi not to come. In the end out of desperation I had to ask a neighbour to take me as otherwise I would have missed my flight. Upon investigation, it seems taxi drivers drop scheduled pickups in favour of cash jobs. An absolute disgrace!
Mildura Taxi has Monopoly on pick up from Mildura Airport. Despite cab being booked by QANTAS I had to wait 30 mins for one to arrive. Couldn’t speak to any operator just told to wait.
Pre booked taxi with another company for 0600, didn’t arrive. Called up these guys - within minutes taxi booked and driver arrived. Lovely, friendly, clean car. When you call it goes straight to random music which put me off to start, but you’re not on hold for long and you get put through to a real person which was nice.
Pre booked a taxi the day prior and received text confirmation. The taxi failed to arrive at the time I booked and after 5 minutes I called to which it takes additional time to actually speak to someone. Then advised that they will look for a driver. If I have booked a taxi at a specific time there should be no need to ‘look for a driver’. I have PRE BOOKED. I expect the taxi to meet me at the time requested. I’m not booking a taxi for the fun of it, I was catching a flight and do not have time for you to fluff about - be professional and actually provide a service.
Ordered a taxi, received notification it was arriving yet when we went out driver wouldn't take us saying he was there to pick up another customer! Furious!
Never again , I will call someone else, phone call was terrible they couldnt even get our address right, not worth the star given but had to give one to leave feedback
Taxi was late with no apology. Online service to book did not work so had to use the painful automated calling service. Upon entering the cab, we were essentially choking on cigarette smell. Did not speak to us the entire trip, and was too busy typing on his phone the next pick up address to watch the road. Will never use this service again.
Edit - I did use this taxi service just the other night. The pick up was fast, the operator was helpful and the driver was polite and safe. I will give it 3 stars for this turn around in business management. Rude and dangerous drivers. Recommend to avoid using this taxi service as they are late almost all the time and are very generally rude. When contacted on the phone they hung up 3 times before I could get someone to talk to and then she was extremely rude. The taxi was late like usual and the driver was not doing 60km. I can't wait until Uber puts this service out of business.

TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!!! Called 15 minutes early to get to a carnival in time, little did my cousin and I know, we waited over an hour. Still no Taxi. We tried calling them about four times and waiting for an operator. Still nothing. So we decided to call another taxi, came in about five minutes. Recommend calling 131 924. Was very dissapointed and miseed out one precious hour of having fun. DO NOT CALL. My cousin and I learned a lesson.
