Wel wasnt even sure if there was taxi's stil around , But thank god there was , the couple different driver's were friendly an helpful with directions, an wasnt as expensive as i would of thought, Only lost a star because the Call centre wasn't even in the same city which made it abit hard when tryn to explain where my truck was parked , because of not being a physical address,, an when i was trying to find ther taxi Rank , but other then that ,,
Called from a business I didn't know had a taxi rank next door. She took my booking after 15 mins no cab I walked around the corner 3 cabs in the rank no one had my booking. I was stranded 300km from home. Lucky the lady cab driver I found in the rank was helpful
Used the smarthail app and prebooked my taxi's the only time I had trouble getting a taxi was when it was spare of the moment and took forever so had to use uber instead.
Booked a taxi nearly 45 minutes before a job interview, got a text saying we are in the way so went outside my apartment and watched the taxi come in to the curb and then drive off without actually stopping. Thank F for Wagga Taxis. I got double flats on my bike about 20km out from CSU and had few options - walk or taxi. They were busy, but still managed to send out a Maxi taxi that would fit my bike. Operator was very polite and actually sounded concerned about my predicament. The driver was entertaining and got me back safely. Thanks WWT.
terrible time management!! first experience - 10min late second experience- wait for 1hr. did not even show up. third experience- had to call twice again. late 50 min. I had to book new flight!!!!
I always go out on Sunday through to Thursday night and the Taxi service is non existent. For being NSW biggest inland city it sucks but ball
My father is disabled and not to mention a diabetic he was left waiting at the the hospital for an hour and watched serval cabs go by when the last cab stopped he thought that it was for him the cab driver never said any different and when he got home the cab that was supposed to pick him up rang him and said you are the reason why cabs don’t like picking people up my dad is old and little frail now I think is was very unprofessional but this time of year older people can get very sick and don’t need this type of behaviour
Taxi drivers don’t bother waiting. I’ve had two bookings cancelled on me because I didn’t arrive 10mins EARLIER than original time!! Yes go figure!! The cab driver cancelled my booking because I didn’t appear 10mins before my ACTUAL SCHEDULE BOOKING!! This is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. No apologies. No rectifying solution. JUST WAIT TILL UBER/OLA/ etc comes in. I’ll definitely be supporting those companies.
