They were supposed to pick my daughter up as I wasn't feeling well. She got a notification stating "Sorry you missed your ride". Sadly, they had missed our house as the icon on the app showed they were on the wrong road. Couldn't even be bothered to ring. Well done.
Used them 3 nights running on busy nights in half term. Arrived within minutes, polite chatty drivers and great service heading out of town. Highly recommended.
Usually great with no issue, but had a problem yesterday with a driver taking my partner and her mum home from Lidl, only to go off-route and drive straight past the street adding an extra £3.50 to the fare? The drivers have sat-navs, exact locations of where to go, how can you get this wrong and better yet, charge the full fare even though you've made a mistake. That's against bye-laws and you know it.
Excellent service, friendly and helpful drivers, when a certain other large taxi company had nothing in the area I was in, twice Premier have saved the day and are now my main goto company.
I feel safe as a young women coming home from a night out it can be scary. But the man who drove me home was very nice and waited until I was inside safe. Thankyou.
Absolute joke, used the app and no one turned up- then I get a message saying I missed them. Called up and said they would be 30 mins- 45 mins later get a call saying they will be another 30 mins. Not even a big event on, joke, do not use
Terrible smelling taxi! When I asked why the car smelt so so bad, the driver said he'd had a child who'd soiled their nappy but that's not what that smelt like and even if that's the case, mate, air your vehicle before your next customer! Rank and toxic
Not training staff well enough to know the routes or area. Only knew the house by postcode. Not the employee’s fault, poor training. Then rude taxi driver who spoke down to us and very miserable attitude

After our trip to Blackpool zoo, we just missed the bus to take us back to town. The next one wasn’t for another 1hr 40mins. As we discussed other options we decided to share a taxi with a mum and her son. Fortunately there was a poster, advertising Premier 401000 taxis. Just one phone call, name, location and destination was all that was required. I was surprised to see a confirmation text arrive on my phone. We waited 20-30 minutes for our taxi. We’re talking at the height of the summer season at one of Englands top seaside destinations. Of course they were going to be busy. But they managed to slot us in. Brilliant service. Highly recommended.
