Bankstown railway station is located on the Bankstown line, serving the Sydney suburb of Bankstown. It is served by Sydney Trains T3 Bankstown line services. Transport for NSW is currently extending the Sydney Metro to Bankstown, with a delayed opening date of 2025. Before the extension opens, the line between Bankstown and Sydenham will close.
Goodbye T3 Bankstown line and Hello T6 Bankstown line. Bankstown is one of my favourite suburbs and there's a new metro coming up.
Station that has every neccessary equipments. Has disable entrances,spacious way in.unisex toilet,help desk ,top up shop or both use only card.
The station is small with only 2 platforms, so it often gets busy.nnYou might see police at the station at times.nnI would not recommend taking the train late at night in this area. It's not entirely bad.nBut I would not call it safe either, unfortunately.
The train station Custumsr service not good I’m waiting for train 26 m and i try to should go 1 minute toilet then toilet was dirty i tell the staff and they said everyone used toilet checked again after 26 minutes still dirty
