I pre booked a taxi as we needed an infant seat. Time arrived for the taxi to collect us, it was pouring rain and had a new baby in the pram. I didn’t want to wait out in the rain so kept an eye out and my phone in my hand assuming the driver would call us knowing we had a baby and it was raining after about 30mins I phone and was told someone else took our taxi. Extremely frustrating that the driver had no consideration to call us knowing we had a baby and the weather. We were left stranded for another hour.
Travelled from bunnings albury into Dean St. Quick pick up in a clean, fresh car. Under $20 for the trip. Awesome! Would recommend this taxi group.
Booked an early morning taxi for an international connecting flight and they failed to show up nor would anyone answer the phone. Only made my flight by pure luck that 13cabs had one available. Will never use Albury Taxis again!!
I called the taxi 40 min ago and the taxi never showed up. Ended up being 1 hour late for work. The service was absolutely appalling would not recommend this taxi service to anyone. Was not given an eta so I had to walk to work thus being an hour late.
For a number of years I tried to use Albury Taxi's with varied results, usually 5 - 10 minutes late every time. And yes, I pre-booked every time. Then another pre-booked hospital trip, simply didn't turn up last Xmas, as I wanted to visit my step-daughter in hospital. And finally this weekend past, another pre-booked taxi for a wedding ceremony was ruined again by Albury Taxi; the taxi was 55 mins overdue when we bailed and jumped in cars to make it to the ceremony late, with the bride!!! I can't describe legally on the web how terrible this company is. Walking in 40C in summer , on rocks in bare feet would be more enjoyable. Note to Albury Taxi...just quit! Note to Google... please add a negative STAR option.
Waited 15mins in CBD & Albury Taxi not arrive, i rang&was told i was picked up!? WHATHOW!? No i was not. Arrogant phone operator JOHN calls me stupid for waiting so long. PLEASE TRY ANYONE EXCEPT Albury Taxi
Wednesday night and have been waiting 45 minutes, still no taxi. Rang again and said looking for a driver to pick us up.
We attempted to use this business and were absolutely appalled with the customer service staff. From originally being told 10 minutes and having kids outside in the cold to being the. Being told 25 minutes to then being told no eta as only one maxi taxi was working was a complete stuff around. In the end we gave up. I would not recommend this business Based in their disgraceful call centre staff.
Called multiple taxis, waited for over an hour and a half and none showed up. Would rate zero if I could.
Rang 3 times needing help with a mattress to a short distance. They ordered one, then 2hrs of waiting it told me they couldn't help at the time. Was not impressed
