Well priced and large servings. Recommended for the health conscious or those with dietary requirements/restrictions.

Very hit and miss. They get so busy they just chuck everything in so there's no consistency...you can order the same thing two days in a row and it will be complexly different amounts of all the fillings. They drench the salads in way too much dressing and are too busy to be courteous. But when they get it right, it's beautiful! Soups are great!

I quite like their lamb sandwich. The lamb is slow cooked and is really tasty. It can get soggy with the bread so its best to eat it quickly. Good serving size for those who are hungry.

It is a place where you can design your own salad, so you can choose your ingredients. I had already seen that idea in EU, and I probably had higher expectations because of it. It was nice but nothing special for me.

Great option to "make your own". Lots of choice and very fresh and tasty products. You see them make your food and they are really fast. Sumo does it but Mero Mero is much better! Recommended!

Love love love it! My favourite combo is pulled pork, brown rice, aged balsamic and all the best veg and croutons cause they're awesome!. Super tasty.

I had the worst experience here. Created my own salad and gave my paper to the girl. She said sorry we don't have any vermicelli, did you want to get something else. As they don't have any other noodle to substitute she said we could give you rice. I'm not a huge rice fan so she then said, what about quinoa and I reluctantly said yes, just wanted to have something in there to beef up my salad. So I paid for my already overpriced salad and while I was waiting I realised she had charged me an extra $1 for the quinoa, something I didn't even want in the first place and only said yes after her suggestion as a replacement. I asked the girl at the counter and she said oh yes you wanted quinoa not true so you have to pay for it. Not wanting to look like an idiot arguing with someone over salad I just said whatever and left it. What was I going to do anyways, ask for my card to be refunded $1. By this stage I was a little annoyed and wasn't paying too much attention to her making my salad I wish I was now as I would have said something and when I got back to my work and poured my salad into a bowl I was hit with utter disappointment. My salad that I paid almost $14 for consited of mainly lettuce, about 3 pine nuts, the tiniest cut off of corn that amounted to about 8 kernels, 2 little peices of sweet potato, 2 tiny over cooked peices of chicken and an egg. The quinoa I paid an extra $1 for after all that, didn't even get added to my salad nor did the feta or tomato??????? Where is all my stuff????? Probably in someone else's over priced salad. And before anyone asks, yes I got the correct salad as they call a number off a receipt- probably the only thing they didn't screw up. What a horrendous experience and on a Friday too. Way to ruin it Mero Mero.

It's a good concept they basically copied Sumo Salad but poorly executed. I've been to the Kent Street store the last 2 Fridays. The first time I paid extra for a cheese roll but didn't get one and the second time I didn't get a fork or napkin. I don't think I will bother again.

Very disappointed paid extra for Haloumi get all the way back to my office and discover there wasn't any. Considering I get this salad all the time and I was craving Haloumi I am pretty disappointed as I didn't have time to go back and tell them.

Greatest Lunch Ever. Affordable. Friendly Staff. Amazing Vibe. A must try, when you are in the area. A culinary masterpiece!
