Jack is the best at making coffees, Everytime I come here hes so friendly and always goes out if he's way to make sure we are happy. I'm upto my second coffee now so yummy.

Hopeless service. Rude staff. Rubbish coffee. Food seems frozen and reheated. Staff is not professional and very rude.

Cafe Cocoa Noir has seen better days. Today, the couches and armchairs are very tired, stained and uninviting. I remember when it first opened, it was challenging to find a spot here. Still, coffee is excellent. Tap water with citrus is a nice touch. The place needs some maintenance and furniture cleanup or replacement.

The matcha latte isnt right. Mocha has no chocolate taste. Coffee milkshake tastes just like milk.

Nice coffee and fair range of gluten free cakes and comfy seating!

Great place to grab coffee with your friends, always busy place, it's on level 2 next to Maje boutique in Westfield

Not that great. Almond crossant was cold inside. Spinach and fetta roll was not the best.

The people were rude and the barista spoke to fast to even understand. Tables were dirty. In a pandemic this could be better service more hygienic.
