the staff clean the rubbish bin, wipe the floor then doing the dishes from washing machine. No hygiene at all. I can tell she using her same dirty hands to serve you as well..

Quite a good selection of cakes, pastries and lunch items, along with a nice tasting coffee blend. Located on level 5 of George Street Myer in the CBD. It’s a good sign when many of the internal staff eat here. Although the coffee took a 10 minute wait to come out, it was worth it. The seating is large and fairly pleasant.

This is the worst cafe you can go to if your in the cbd. Get out of Myer if you want good coffee and go to qvb or somewhere else. At this cafe , they have no idea how to make a simple cappuccino or piccolo.  Believe me, I’m giving you a free advice. Save your money and time.  The staff have no idea!!

EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Went to Myer today for some shopping and in the ladies restroom saw a staff member from this cafe walk out from a cubicle straight out the door without washing her hands! she then proceeded back to the cafe to put her apron on and prepare food! how absolutely disgusting, glad I didn't come here for lunch..

Quiet and refreshing place to visit & have a gourmet sandwich and a Berry Green tea.

The staff greeted me with “yep” in a rude tone...she then accepted the note in her gloves hand which is supposed to be used for handling food not money. She gave me the change with this hand after handling our food. Poor service.

Dreadful place. Sullen staff, got given the wrong tea, milk was off. Overpriced too. Will not bother visiting again

One of the worst customer service ever . The waitresses are rude and snobbish
