At the age of 73 yrs I bought my very first ever take away coffee. I often wondered why there was always a queue at the counter when I went to woolies next door. Today my curiosity got the better of me and I bought a coffee. They laughed at my name "Lady Annie" and it is true I have it on my drivers licence lol . At home I drink Blue Mountain blend but I must say I enjoyed my first cup of Merlo . I saw the sign for the competition and had someone take my photo outside the store so here it is .

Always friendly, quick service as well as consistent coffee from the team. Great to duck in and grab a quick coffee on the go.

After sitting out side your store as I do most Sunday mornings 10 minutes before opening waiting to place my order 1st , I noticed a man walk/duck under the still semi closed doors, I didn't realise that this option was available to the general public, to top it off as I go to grab my coffees first as I had placed the first order, I was told sorry these coffees are for the guy that came under the door before opening, as one could imagine I was a little taken back by that comment and quite upset that you have chosen to operate your business this way. It is unfortunate that I have lived in the Redlands for 40 years and this is how locals are treated. I guess we're just lucky to have a respectful Zaraffas staff across the road. Reasonable coffee - poor service.

My local coffee shop. Fantastic coffee and service. I also buy my ground coffee here and am given really good advice on what to try. And their little gluten-free biscuit/cakes are to die for. Definitely 5 stars all round.
