A fabulous place with a lovely swing singer in the garden today not too loud or distasteful as mentioned in another review and a FABULOUS afternoon tea! A nice, homely feel and absolutely brilliant to see so many of the local community supporting the new owners! Already planning when to come again!
I don't even know where to start, just amazing. We had our daughters 9th Birthday party here at this beautiful tea room, Kirsty and Justine are two of the loveliest most friendly people and couldn't have made us feel more welcome. Every detail of the party had been thought about and was just beyond perfect in every way possible, we couldn't have wished for more. The afternoon tea was absolutely incredible, the decorations and set up was beautiful, the grounds are lovely and allowed the children to get outdoors as well as being indoors. They really went above and beyond for us we left having made happy memories, THANK YOU I could go on forever about how amazing you are as it was just lovely. We will definitely be back xx
Lovley visit to tea rooms, very good value and very homely. Nice little building with pretty decor inside. Food was great and very friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit and easy to walk to the Long Man or even drive here for lunch after your walk.Food: 5/5
Not that easy to find as signage could be better, council permitted. Very friendly staff/ owners, food was very good and served with a smile. Clean and tidy & bright. Good conversation with the owners. It is a tea room but does light breakfast......not your big fry up....we had sausage and chips, hot and well cooked. Will visit again the next time we are in the area. Well done to the ladies that run it.
What an amazing afternoon at the Wishing Well Tea Room! Afternoon Tea, live music from Tom Fitzpatrick and a wonderful atmosphere. In light of the passing of our monarch, the Queen, and the general crisis this country is currently in, I cannot express quite how lovely it is that so many locals came to support a small local business in both the Tea Room and the performer Tom! Owning a small business myself, it really warmed my heart to see so many smiles, and it really is a measure of the new ownership here. Well done ladies!!! As our new King told our Prime Minister, we must carry on. Today, for a few glorious hours, everyone in attendance had an escape from mourning, from the cost of living, from the struggles affecting us all. I paid for afternoon tea and music, but what I came away with was priceless! Thank you Wishing Well Tea Room!!!
Lovely place in a gorgeous setting. Staff helpful and friendly. Food was great fresh and tasty. Dog and child friendly. Can't wait to go again. All homemade or locally sourced. Thumbs

I would give 10 stars if I could Absolutely love that the wishing well is open again under new management that actually respect there customers and don’t rush them out the door. What a great asset this place is to Wilmington its great theres actually something to do here again. Me and my partner are already regulars here and we love it. The lovely staff Kirsty & Justine are amazing and provide good quality service. The food is very good Lots here to do for the children whilst you enjoy lunch indoor and outdoor activity’s they have gone above and beyond every visit and just make everyone feel so welcome Thank you so much to you and your family
Stunning place for cream tea , beautiful surroundings, lush choice of food . Service excellent and very friendly. Definitely go back again and again.
