A great hotel with the best staff and facilities. The Jacuzzi and pool is a perfect way to start the day! Quite nice also to have the luxury of them being in both towers.
Rude and horrible staff most appalling service I have ever received. Provided completely invalid excuses and judged solely based off appearance, race, age etc. The reception clerks are fresh out of high school and clearly experiencing ego trips with their newfound authority worst hotel staff ever.
Penthouse lifestyle. Amazing views, day and night. Lofting ceilings and enormous open balcony. Turn down service was a nice touch. Pay the extra $$, life is for living!
Great accommodation, friendly staff, clean and well managed. Easy access to shopping mall Westfield, and bus junction to most destinations. Recommended for long stay.
