Great location, decent sized budget rooms. I booked last minute and was nicely surprised. Nothing fancy but a good place to snooze. Only complaint would be they only provide two pillows and two towels. If you need parking overnight they have limited spaces on sight for $30 but there is also free one hour parking in the Laneway right next to the hotel that ends at 8am so you could just park for free there and move it in the morning.

Helpful, friendly concierge. Rooms clean, towels fluffy, bed comfortable, water hot. Basic but comfortable and affordable. Great location, close to transport and restaurants. When air con went wrong staff fixed it in a jiffy. Would stay here again. On arrival don't use the William St entrance, go up and around the back.  Nearby activities: Cafe 169 does a great breakfast.  Walkability: Don&#39;t enter via William St as steps are steep. Reception located other side of building.

Stayed for 4 days, although basic as per the title it was perfect for what I wanted.  Location was very central to the great Sydney nightlife and attractions.  The only drawback was COCKROACHES. Every night I had to deal with them in the room which led to very little sleep.  Basic but what did I expect? Great stay but wouldn't stay again

Room weren't totally clean. Bathroom was small. Rooms were noisy. Can hear almost everything your neighbours are doing.  Staff was ok, but sometimes didn't say hi when you passed the reception. Didn't tell us about the breakfast options or any other information.  Location was perfect! Close to Station and only 15 min walk to city center.

Great place to stay. Quiet comfortable rooms. Consistent with the IBIS brand when it comes to combo toilet shower. Clean everywhere. We have returned more than one and recommend staying here.Rooms: 5/5

Used our combined stay NSW voucher for Darling Harbour and Opera House view $149 if paying by cash minus $100 from Stay NSW. Amazing service as receptionist 24 hours kindly helped print our boarding passes for next trip. Great location, comfy bed, wifi and breakfast $10/person, vending machine, card to swipe into the room available. No gym/swimming pool. There are some molds on the bathroom wall as not all ceramic covered. The conditioner we found was already used. Other than that, we had a lovely stay!

Roaches, roaches, roaches. Turned on the light at 6 a.m. and saw a bunch.   31 steps up to where the elevator started.  Leaking air conditioner, chip board walls. On the flip side, nice desk guy helped us carry our heaviest case up the 31 steps and good location, but I just won’t stay at a place with roaches.

I checked into hotel and to be honest it wasn’t on the cleanest side with what I expected … I was abit nervous talking to the hotel about my concern and they sorted out everything! Made the rest of the trip enjoyable for my family- Thankyou ibis team..
