McGrath Townsville started in February 2014 after a name change from Ray White Townsville City. McGrath Townsville is a local family owned and operated business. and the Principal, Brad Matheson and his wife/Director Kaye Matheson have owned and operated Ray White Townsville City for decades before deciding to join the elite team of McGrath Estate Agents. With the same great team of agents and property management we are striving to give Townsville's real estate market a refresh and provide you with the highest level of professionalism and marketing. McGrath have done an exceptional job in tenanting our property. We were referred to them by a friend who also uses them to manage their property and they’ve lived up to their reputation. Throughout the listing and preparation stage Jennie has been honest, professional and available to answer all of our questions. She helped put our mind at ease and explained every step of the Landlord journey and our obligations. Through her hard work and creative thinking she was able to introduce a pre-approved tenant from another property in the area and rent our property before it even reached the market. We’re so happy with our experience and would have no hesitations in recommending McGrath.

Choosing who should be entrusted with the management of your home and/or a major investment is always a difficult decision. It personally took me a while to decide which real estate to go with but now having experience with McGrath I can without hesitation recommend them to others. The are highly pro-active, professional and provide excellent service. They have also effectively managed difficult tenants on my behalf (the truest test of any property manager in my opinion). In particular, Kaye should be proud of the organisation she has built and Katherine is a phenomenal property manager.

McGrath has been impeccable in their behaviour and very conscientious to our needs. In an plumbing emergency they went well beyond the standard care of duty and the speed they provided me with help was outstanding, and that only a few days before Christmas. I highly recommend their services.

Brad and his Team are amazing. I recommend them highly. As selling my house for the first time I appreciated the professional, astute and honest advice Brad offered. Many times I questioned him on his advice and he was always very upfront and approachable. His good direction for the sale of my house helped to achieve a higher price than other Real Estates thought I could achieve. I recommend Brad for his sincere and honest professional expertise so always take his advice.

I've been renting a property through McGrath for 6 months now and I'd highly recommend them. All the staff are friendly and professional and the new property manager Belinda is lovely, she goes above and beyond for her tennants. They are on top of maintenance issues very quickly and at this time of year that's very impressive.
