McDonald's

The grumpiest staff I’ve encountered anywhere. They guy who served me kept his back to me when he talked and as he was waiting for my order to be filled he wiped the pass bench with the very same napkin he used to wrap my order in. The person who took my coffee order did not smile, look at me or use simple manners for me or anyone else I saw in the store. A ridiculously bad establishment to be avoided at all costs until some one sends in competent staff and/trainers.

Dedicated staff are essential when it comes to any one company's engagement and interaction with the avid consumer. If not the backbone, they're the heart and soul that work together, to create a meaningful impact on the busy scheduled people of the world. A successful customer experience expands and manifests as repour. With a swift ethical strategy, Oxley McDonald's exceeded my expectations and lived up to their title as Fast Food Restaurant. I enjoyed my very first experience at McDonald's Oxley!

Not impressed drive through today to order an ice coffee and the teller told us that they aren’t taking orders in the drive through at the moment. This isn’t the first time I have not been happy with the service. 9/10 times when ordering through the drive we are told to wait. This rarly happens at any other store. Won’t be back

Just wish the icecreams actually looked like the picture. On discussing this at a family reunion I discovered four families that felt the same way! It's only fast food so my expectations are realistic but only getting half the softserve be it a waffle cone, std cone or tub just seems tight!

Not too bad. No hot water in the showers though. Toilets are a bit grotty. We had a lot of fun despite all this :)
