The service was disgraceful we had to wait for twenty minutes for a frappe. they were putting the machine back together. Why wouldn’t you clean that later at night when there isn’t so many customers. There was another customer waiting for the same thing on her work break. She didn’t get much of a break. There was heaps of workers doing nothing and not a hair net in site. Pretty poor service we won’t be back. Sorry

So disappointed they seems like not care about quality of the foods anymore , service is bad and the store not even clean . Everything was really terrible experience. Please don’t come here if you don’t want to waste your money here nThe wraps meals $15 and look so horrible
Cannot drink coffee, taste like hot disgusting dishwater . Bacon egg muffin- muffin was very crunchy, not fresh and egg fell out of muffin, not put together correctly. Waste of money and time. Lovely person taking the order at 7.20 am. Very clear voice and smiling, but no smiles from the person giving me my order at the window. No consistency.
My meal was great, but I specifically asked for sweet and sour sauce for my nuggets and I didn't get it. I couldn't come back cause I went through the drive through.nAlso I didn't get napkins.nThe new girls need to take notice and not look around so much. It's not a beauty show.
