The service is always amazing. I always grab my dinner here while working. But last time, they forgot to put ice cream on top of my chocolate frappe. I understood they were busy because I had to wait for 10 minutes.
“Fast food” apparently doesn’t apply here. 15 minutes for a Big Mac? I could’ve raised the cow myself in that time. Also, are cold chips a new McDonald’s specialty? Because mine were as chilly as the Arctic. Bonus points for hiring staff who barely speak English—makes ordering a real adventure!
If there was an option to click “one star” then I would use it in this case, possibly the worst customer service I have ever come across. After a large night, my fiends and I needed to go to the bathroom, one of my friends even began her menstrual cycle and needed emergency hygiene assistance, but the particularly rude crew member refused to open the door and ignored us even after informing them of our emergency… all because it was “3 minutes after hours”. Ridiculous.
I kindly ask this manager to put 2 sugars on my medium latte, Worst customer service, the manager is very aggressive .
It's not bad, convenient for inbound traffic. Service and food are all equal to other mcdonalds. No stand out service here.
