I haven’t ordered Dominos for a very long time and decided to get 3x large pizzas today. Upon delivery I receive contactless delivery and it was put at my front door. Pick them up and notice box was smaller, open up boxes to find 3 tiny Pizza’s. Assuming a mistake had been made with my order, I rang Dominos and said my 3 large pizzas are tiny and ask what is the diameter of a large pizza suppose to be. After being put on hold he finally came back and told me 10 inches and hung up on me. Oh well, IT IS WHAT IT IS. I will not be ordering from Dominos ever again. Rude customer service and their large pizza is not LARGE PIZZA! Very disappointed. photo of my very tiny LARGE pizza slice.
I order the pizza lot of time from domino’s and it’s till now never be good. Sometime they just put lot of cheese and veggies are not cook properly. It’s not the first time. I try to ignore but they always do same. After ordering the pizza from domino’s I always regret. This time I order I just have one bite after that I not want to eat that pizza. I don’t have words for this type of service every time.
Ordered mini Dutch pancakes and most were burnt to a crisp. There were probably only about 3 good ones out of 3 packets, and they weren’t even that good due to lack of icing sugar and butter. Ruined our night.
They didn’t deliver order and not answering calls
Wait 1 hr, ring store to be told will be 40-50 minutes longer! Cancelled order. Surely if you're that far behind you notify potential customers of a lengthy delay? Terrible. One of the worst
I'm sure it's not all Domino's but just this store, so if you want to order go somewhere else. I ordered some pizzas online for pick up the next day at 7PM. Whilst paying online it reverted back to 'pick up now'. When the order confirmed and I saw this I called the store immediately. I was put on hold for 8 minutes then I hung up. I then called another 6 times all with either no answer or was put on hold. On the seventh call I got answered and was told the pizzas were already ready and that I had called too late. I explained that I had actually called 1 minute after placing the order but had to call 7 times to be answered only to be told that they don't answer private numbers at all. That is no way to run a business and it has cost both their time and mine. There are lots of people like myself that have their phones on private for various reasons and not answering them at all is both ridiculous and unprofessional. I'll take my money gladly elsewhere - the Williamstown store doesn't do this.
Always waited 30 minutes more than expected time for delivery
Ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni and didn't get that much extra....ripped off......again !Food: 4/5
Paid for jalapeños on my pizza but it arrived without any. Rang them out of principle and they said it’s too much hassle to refund a few dollars! That’ll be my last order with them.
