I ordered a 3-piece meal last week, and it was easily the worst KFC I've ever had. The chicken pieces were tiny, dry, and overcooked, and the chips were soggy even though I specifically asked for fresh ones. There wasn't a single redeeming part of the meal. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. Hands down the worst KFC I've had, and I'm not exaggerating.
Shoutout to Stella at the counter! She was incredibly friendly, polite, and full of positive energy. The store was busy, but she handled the rush perfectly, kept a smile on her face, and made sure my order was 100% correct and fresh. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thanks, Stella!
Absolutely filthy. Overflowing bins. Toilets disgusting. Food, not so good. We both felt sick by the time we got home.
Ordered 10 pieces but only received 9. I didn't notice until I had already eaten about half my meal. The missing piece was eventually given to me, but the staff's attitude was rude and unapologetic. Everyone can make mistakes, but treating customers poorly after your own mistake is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.
I am glad to see you don't have 4 star, do not recommend
