It is a bit dirty and feral, somehow the outdoor dining area "felt" cleaner. I don't really rate the service, since I decided to order on one of the self serve screens instead. The food itself is on par for the course, not good, but not necessarily bad. It is something you can smash if you are ravenous, in which case it usually does the job. I did not get a drink this time, but this meal I ordered pairs well with a cold bottle of Mountain Dew. Parking: At least 3-4 rows of parking
Really getting sick and tired of coming home from this place to find the large meal you paid for, the useless staff don’t fill the chips up. Organization more than happy to jack your prices up yet consistently jack the customer. Pathetic service
My go to place for greasy fried chicken. Perfect for lunch after a big night out or dinner on a night when you just can't be bothered cooking. Staff are always helpful and the food is generally excellent. Also tends to have much shorter drive through cues than the Maccas next door.
Very patient friendly staff I had the lady behind me pay for my meal when my card declined. Nicest thing anyone's ever done surprisingly. Nice area with beautiful people obviously.Service: 4/5
I went in at around 5pm on a Tuesday afternoon. Had to use the male toilet which was quite dirty and the toilet seat particularly the underside looked like it had not been cleaned properly in MONTHS! I then sat down to eat my meal, there were crumbs etc. all over nearly every table and all over the floor. Each table had visible swirl marks or grease where there has been an attempt to clean. Not going back and sending an email to head office. I should have taken photos.
Staff here couldn't possibly be more disorganised with no direction from anyone, walk around aimlessly while I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting foe some to take my order. And to top it off waited over 20 minutes for food to be ready and then finding items left out of what I paid for. KFC TAKE THIS ON BOARD AND SORT IT OUT, MABYE TAKE A LOOK AT MACCAS MODELLING, ORGANISATION, TEAM LEADING AND WORK ETHICS, AND I HATE EARING MACCAS BUT THEY KNOW HOW TO RUN A FAST FOOD BUSINESS!
the attitude of the manager was disgusting he refused to remake a ladys order after her not feeling comfortable eating chicken that the worker walked around the restaurant with. from back of house to front of house absolutely appalling manager should be sacked on the spot his attitude was disgusting.
Staff were friendly and provided good service. Place was kept clean too. Only con: must include halal options as the Hungary Jack opposite across the road is halal certified.Food: 5/5
These guys are so rude. I reached at 2155 to order from drive through and one of the staff said to me we can’t take order because 5 mints left for closing the store. What kind of customer service they have? I suppose to order before 2200 which i did but they didn’t take my order unprofessional and rude. I will never come again
Everything you ask for 25 min wait, ohh we can replace the chicken with a wicked wing. Good story. Terrible
