Ordered 3 meals, and rather than give me a freshly cooked Big Mac, they literally gave me a half eaten one. Not sure if it was a staff prank or genuine mistake but still not sure how this could possibly happen. Fries were cold and soggy and they gave us our sundaes to hold in waiting bay while they made our food. Melted while we waited. Common sense should tell staff to hold off making those if food needs to be cooked. It’s really gone downhill in the last couple of years. Will be using the Williamstown North restaurant from now on
Goodness me. One of Ronald’s best burger parlours. A wide variety of quality food and beverage at affordable prices. Clean establishment, plenty of seating, but make sure you don’t forget your wallet! Looking forward to my next visiting to the Golden Arches

The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth ordering process.nnHowever, my only concern was the absence of hand soap in the men's restroom. Hygiene is crucial, and this oversight was disappointing. It's a basic necessity that should always be available. Due to this issue, I'm rating my experience 4/5 stars. Otherwise, it was a satisfying visit.
chips were off and burgers slapped on and not fresh
wow. i’m genuinely in sick after today’s experience at altona north mcdonalds. the manager kayla, absolutely disgusting the way she was speaking to a customer about toilet paper. i was the there to witness the police come in as i was having lunch with my family and even they expressed to each how rude, aggressive, unreasonable she was being. the police officers also expressed how their time was completely wasted. kayla had the most sour look on her face even before the toilet paper incident. i can’t believe that’s the way a manager acts at a restaurant, yelling, walking off, rolling eyes. appalling appalling behaviour. will be calling head office to discuss
