Good truck area for drivers to park and rest.
Please train the staff how to make coffee, staff make the coffee very hot on 03/01/2025 around 4:30pm. This is my third experience even after complaining they did not offer to make another one. Girl said I will be careful next time. Shell and 7 11 service station coffee is far better.nPlease provide staff proper training so they can do betternThank you.
This place is shocking after 0000 each night, they put 1 girl on in the early morning hours to cook, and she cant even cook a steak sanga, would not recommend stopping there if ya hungry. Never have a problem during day hours. Only nights.
Went to buy anti fog for my wind screen .15.35 she charged me 18.95. Could only charge me what scanned even though ticket was different. Got my money back and left. She was annoyed at me!
I came this BP station during Easter, but I was disappointed with the service I received. The attendant at the checkout counter didn't greet me or say thank you. I believe this lack of courtesy needs to be addressed, even on holidays. I expect to be treated with politeness and friendliness. The poor etiquette displayed by the service staff is unacceptable. It has greatly diminished my impression of this BP station.
