Very disappointing experience at BP Little Boundary Rd. I ordered a cappuccino, but it was just hot milk with coffee—no froth at all see attached photo. This is the second time this has happened.nnThe same staff member was serving customers and making coffee, yet they charge barista prices. On top of that, items are overpriced e.g. veggie samosa for $5 when other BP stores sell it for around $2.50.nnThis was the worst coffee I’ve had from any BP. I won’t be coming back. 7-Eleven and Shell make much better and more consistent coffee.
Good yummy samosas but not the Bengali ones....and one thing that hardly found in Victoria..Deviled spelling? Chicken wings. Yum!!
It was my first time paying with a card at a BP station, and I was unsure how to swipe it correctly. Instead of assisting me, the staff member behind the counter shouted at me and said, call your boss and ask for instructions.nI found this extremely rude and unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expected basic courtesy and assistance, especially since I was unfamiliar with the payment terminal.nI hope you take disciplinary action or provide further customer service training for this staff member. I would appreciate an acknowledgment of this complaint and an update on how this will be addressed. I am verry dissapointed this Morning..
You can't sit in the cafe at night, menu for the food was either turned off or the screen broken. Asked the lady if she could make food, she said yes on the weekends it's just burgers and chips that sort of thing. I asked what burgers she could make, if there was a menu that I could look at. She couldn't explain to me what she could make, and wasn't able to even direct me towards what was indeed actually in the burgers at all, amazing. Went to grab a drink instead and found one of the drink specials, I have been favouring lately. Indian bloke was poking around in the cool room at the back directly behind the drink special I was looking at was. Only had one flavour when the drink special is for mix and match flavours in the same brand for the same drink. Asked if there were any more flavour since he was lurking directly behind the drink special, he said no. Grabed the drinks anyway, the bloke seemed a little scattered, maybe a little bit more than a little, but there was something quizzical about him that I really liked. Thankfully this place has saved me many times since it sells jocks, woops. And a beanie which guarantees warmth, the gloves here like most other petrol stops are actually good quality, better than most random leather gardening gloves. I was most thankful that this store had a corrosive 8 sign for the reason that my next load in about 5 hours is going to be heavily corrosive material, and I called and left three messages on my boss's phone about if the trailer was going to have the correct signage since this was an issue for me about 2 months back and then the boss put it on me that I had to check and make sure of these things myself but sometimes they fall off. Anyway he did respond but I managed to find one here which is awesome, so I plan on keeping just at least one of these each of th different signs in my vehicle and picking them up sort of as I need. Corrosive 8 was here and I needed that one for later this morning. Shop isn't amazing, it otherwise seems pretty chilled outpost to post up at.nnStop is very quiet at night apart from the fact that it is near a main road. Many great locations to smoke bongs in the back streets if you plan to sleep it off. Comes with recycling bin invitingly open I don't think visy will mind if you drink a 24 pack of Coca-Cola cans. Decent amount of trucks without trailers, this is very obviously a layover spot. If yout short order hauling try canvasing but don't expect short delivery since they are currently on slowtime rotation. But who knows maybe Indian bloke very scattered could help them pick up the pace.
