Posted on behalf of my husband: I have been a long term customer of Sugagas Sunshine and have now closed my account. Four months ago I had extreme difficulty getting gas delivered - no-one cared! When the drive eventually came, he was rude; said that I was lucky to be gettng it at all. I repeatedly asked for someone in authority to call me and that still hasn't happened. The manager needs replacing! So now I've switched to Speed Gas - they are great and I highly recommend them!
With the worldwide helium shortage, it is very difficult to get helium at the moment. I contact my suppliers on regular basis to check their helium situation. Recently, I contacted Supagas Sunshine branch and talked to a lovely lady called Maree. She was very friendly and really helpful. She told me they might have some helium coming soon and suggested I keep in contact with them. After many calls, I was able to order some helium with her and she even managed to set up a delivery schedule. As the schedule was changed a few times, at the end she even made sure they were on board the delivery truck! My boss and I really appreciated her help. She really went beyond our expectations! This company is an actual joke! Constantly missing delivery deadlines if they attend at all. Website states they open at 8am which is a lie, its now 8.30am and the gates are shut and good luck trying to get them on the phone, no answer on the main phone number and messages are full of what I can only imagine is disgruntled customers. If you value your company stay far away from Supagas as they simply do not care about their customers. This is the last straw, will be going elsewhere for our gas needs from now on.

I have to agree with the other 1-star posts. Decade plus long-time customer. Atrocious service. Supagas delivered a defective oxygen cylinder in March, did replace it the next day but have continued to insist we pay for defective cylinder. They don't answer their phones, never respond to voicemail, never respond to emails even marketing emails and if you try to visit them to sort out account a security guard tells you to get back in your car. I handed him a document explaining our issues and asked him to hand it in to office. No response in person just an email saying they've cut off supply to us completely.
Not responsible and always causes the order to be delayed. Worst company to do business with. Avoid doing business with this company. There is no customer service at all. You are placed on hold for an extended period of time, and no one bothers to respond to messages. I've been waiting for my delivery for two weeks. Three times they said your delivery manifest, but no delivery.
Worst experience ever. I totally understand lots of companies short staff, however that is not an excuse of cutting off customers phone calls again again and again, being put on hold for 15 minuets and left aside, cut off, call again cut off and again. Placed order from Monday last week which scheduled delivery on last Thursday, however, no one had ever contracted me, and nothing arriving, I have to call them to trace up, and promised and nothing happening. This is probably the last time I would call. Bye bye!
Worst company to deal with. Highly recommend everyone to stay away from this company if they don’t want their business ruined. No customer service at all Had to close the business several times due to non delivery of my gas and they are impossible to contact. You get put on hold for a long time and no one bothers to reply to messages. I am still waiting for my delivery after 10 days on my last bottle now and by tomorrow i will have to close the business once again until Supagas decides/bothers to deliver my gas bottles. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
This site has had issues for months now with no improvement in sight. Can't commit to delivery times, don't answer the phones, and don't reply to messages, that's if you can leave one at all as their mailboxes are consistently full. I understand being busy but if you cannot manage your customer base on the staff you have, get more staff!!!
Have had so many issues with Supagas, I don't know where to begin. So unorganised and unprofessional. Poor customer service. I’m not surprised they employ people specifically for customer retention. Terrible communication from drivers and the head office. We experienced numerous invoicing issues including over charges and increasing hire fees for cylinders we didn’t even have on hand. Finally we had someone come out to do a cylinder count and they were literally trying to charge us for twice the number of cylinders we had on hand. In one instance we waited over a week for a C02 delivery resulting in our beverages for two venues both being flat over a busy weekend. We were told each day from Monday to Friday that they would deliver. We had to follow this up numerous times a day. By Friday it was becoming really crucial that we received a delivery otherwise we’d be out of gas for the whole weekend. Come Friday afternoon we were categorically told that the driver had left with our delivery… nothing. Finally the following week a Supagas Ute pulled up out the front of our building however they were not even carrying gas for us, we had to beg the driver to give us a cylinder so we could serve drinks. The amount of time I’ve spent following up their mistakes is a joke!
