Extremely disappointing experience at this fuel station. Despite having four coffee machines, only one was working. There were three staff members on duty, yet no effort was made to clean or prepare the other machines — especially during early morning hours when demand is high. This resulted in unnecessary queues and delays. If such basic service can’t be provided, one really has to wonder why these stations even operate.
Saw this offer for 5 cents off per litre and fill the full fuel tank and bought 4 pack of Doughnuts. When paying at the counter ask for the discount. Customer service guy refused to give discount. He explained to me that offer is finished already.nIf Offer was finished then why its not being removed. Very unprofessional customer service.
Well serviced coffee machines so better coffee comparing to other 7 eleven in the area. Fuel prices used to be good... but now regularly 40 to 50 cents more expensive then others in the area. Fuel lock maxes out at 25 cents so disappointing
Before midnight and the staff member would let any customers in. From the night pay window, asked about Slurpees after waiting for a few minutes for the staff to finish stacking sandwiches and ignored people at the door, and he said they don't have any Slurpees, while you could clearly see they had Slurpees in the machine. Just horrendous and poorly trained staff..
Useless staff, doing night work in a rush to beat morning traffic and the clerk is nowhere to be found wasted 15 minutes and this is every bloody night.. atleast put a sign out saying back in 15 minutes or whatever so people arnt waiting around
