Check out these bins, mate! Second time in a row coming here and they've been like this. It's not like an employee hasn't seen this, they're right out in the open. Got here late evening it probably took the whole day to fill the bin up this much!! Nobody seems to care. What's more I ordered three coffee lattes and the cashier confirmed this but he forgot one!!! To be honest I suspect he couldn't understand English properly because it was hard to communicate. There was also an ad poster near the cashier that had been ripped off and customers trampled upon it as they ordered, and I pointed it out to a staff member and she rolled her eyes. Simply not good enough. Disgusting experience. I hope the manager sees this review. First time I give grace ,not leaving such a critical review but c'mon it still hasn't improved one bit! Clean it up!, get staff who respect customers and not just see them as another burden to deal with!!!! I'm disappointed.
We stopped by for a coffee and loo break, the toilets were really in bad or rather worst kind of condition. No toilet papers in most of the ladies toilets. Some of the toilets were not even flushed and floors were kept dirty too. Hygiene is not being maintained. The store was full of flies. Coffee was good though.
Ordered at the drive-thru but was served by a very disgruntled unhappy employee who didn’t even attempt to provide good customer service. At the window, I had a look inside at the restaurant which was a complete mess. We were asked to move to the waiting bay and sat there for 10 minutes just waiting for fries. Overall an appalling experience - particularly in comparison to other McDonalds restaurants nearby which are usually really good! But this one appeared to be in complete shambles and the staff whom i would usually give the benefit of the doubt who served us was just plain rude.
Contacted this store as they sold me a burger with no filling in the drive thru not even kidding it was just two buns continued to work as I didn’t think it was urgent enough to drive back that day, called the following day and was told “as it was not reported on the same day theres nothing we can do”nI’ll remember for next time, but kind of crazy they can forget the whole inside of a burger and somehow it’s still the customer’s issue for not calling them out quick enough.
Dirty, filthy and disgusting.nCould this be the most putrid McDonalds in the world? Kitchen has food all over the floor and under equipment,staff were too busy doing Bollywood re enacting to clean a single thing. There were no customers so no excuse. I will let the photos tell the story!
