Price consistently going up, yet the service and quality has significantly declined over the years. Went there with a group to have a quick bite and dessert, struggled to find a table that was clean enough to eat from. Staff didn’t seem to care about cleanliness, rather stand and talk amongst eachother than focus on customers who chose to dine inside.nnIt’s a shame, once upon a time it was one of the best fast food outlets for customer service and quality all round - now seems to just be focused on profit.
If there's not many customers the fries will be cold and wiry we experienced. Also the thickness of the patties in the burgers now a days is an absolute joke. Maccas seems to have lost the plot.
Staff mostly young people stand around with no motivation. McCafe is rubbish with ridiculously long wait for coffee even during quiet periods. Counter service is almost non existent with staff not interested in taking customer orders directly which seems an attempt to push the use of self serve kiosk. Food presentation is disgraceful and even wrapping a burger seems too much because they are usually half uncovered. It is in the right place though as the town has a distinct lack of service across its entire food service industry.
When people place their orders at the drive thru it is important that they get their entire order.. this is now the 3rd time this week alone I’m gotten to work n missing half my order.. 2/4/2025.. this is disappointing.. get your acts right and learn how to rad an order off a simple screen..
Went to hungry jack waited 45 minutes for food didn’t get it ask for a refund then went to McDonald’s didn’t even wait two minutes longest thing was deciding what to order awesome Service
