I'm a local very slow always waiting for orders in the drive-through. for getting items.always check before you leave.almost 3 or 4 minutes this morning just to ask me what I wanted on the intercom.. lift your game plz
I felt like I was ignored by some of the staff. I placed my order, but one staff member completely ignored it, making me wait for more than 30 minutes without delivering my food! When I asked about it later, a female employee politely handed me my food. I’m not sure why some of the staff were rude and ignored my order initially. If the staff are feeling overworked, they should either switch jobs or ask management to hire more employees. Never ignore or disrespect your customers!
Wonthaggi McDonalds is fantastic. Service with a smile, not always ghe fastest but I don't mind waiting because the food is always fresh and hot. Only McDonalds that I buy hash browns from because they are cooked properly and crunchy.
I ordered an aoli crispy chicken wrap for the first time. In the drive through. Disappointed to find no tomato slices at all and maybe a teaspoon of green salad and sauce. Chicken itself delicious. Pancake only half filled and not wrapped but hanging off the rest. Execution of this meal not good at all.
Customer service is always friendly.nFood is the same as any other maccas in the country.nBut the drive thru always seems to wait ages and to park and wait for the food. It took 15minutes.nAnd then when they bought it to me, the ice cream sundae was melted. Crazy.
