Story

Everything we do is to support people to create a healthy more up beat lifestyle! We do this by supplying a comprehensive range of vitamins, herbs and supplements, homeopathics and remedies, organic skin and hair care, even natural pet solutions!
There is a fairly complete range of organic and Specialty foods for those with sensitivities, with a large range of Gluten Free. Lot's of local produced ie; jams, honey and cheeses.
We also supply organic bulk foods ie; nuts, seeds, grains which we will mill for you to create the best quality flours.
We also use these to bake our home-made muffins and cakes.
We serve fresh real foods from our cafe such as our Morrocan Chicken wraps, Roast Veg salads and our Vietnamese Hot Pot to name a few. All meals are Gluten Free where possible.
We have a great Juice Bar that serves yummy fresh juices and smoothies, organic Hot Chocolates, freshly brewed Chai, Chicory/Dandelion Lattes and a truly flavorsome coffee from Veneziano.
