Why bother advertising non-dairy milk alternatives if you never have any in stock? This Maccas regularly runs out of non-dairy milk alternatives while situated next to a Coles... You guys got petty cash? Go buy some more milk from next door! I'm regularly quoted a different price for the same order. I bring a keep cup every day and the till mustn't have a discount button for a keep cup on my drink? I have to explain most days how much my order is supposed to cost. I wish there was another drive through coffee place on my way to work. 😢

It's a McDonald's. Do the burgers look like the photos? Never. Service is good, I just wish the food quality was better. Also it should be illegal for a fast food establishment to be located within 10 metres of a school. #ObesityCrisis #TaxPayerBurden

Once again my local Macca's has let me down... I ordered x2 Jalapeño chicken wraps x2 hash browns x1 cheeseburger. I was advised by operator to park as it will be a couple of minutes after 12 minutes .After seeing every car and walk in getting served before me I went in and asked where my meal was . A young girl said it takes 6 minutes to cook chicken I said that's fine I've been outside at least 12 minutes. I left the store and stood outside I was watching the young male manager running some banter and laughing at me while I stood outside trying to accept my disappointment after he laughed with his mate at my expense for the second time I again entered the store after a few more minutes he turned gave the order blanked faced said sorry about the wait . I got home 2 minutes away opened the bag there are my x2 hash browns cooked 10 minutes ago stone cold ( it's not rocket science I would have cooked fresh hash browns so they would be hot when handed over ) my jalapeño wraps were warm x1 had x6 jalapeños on it and the other x1 had 20 on it . As per my previous review on TRIPADVISOR this Macdonalds has terrible child management that show no care and consistency when put under pressure.

Atrocious! From entering the drive thru to leaving with my food it took FOURTY FIVE minutes! This is worse service than a sit down restaurant. Why bother implementing a drive thru at all! I get that Public Holiday pay is high but it looks like there's only one poor lady doing everything today, it's outrageous! I won't be returning to this joke of a McDonald's. Disappointing and let down
