Worst McDonald’s ever been too, been here on numerous occasions and every time they’re either Only taking eftpos and never cash or they are updating their system every second night and when I do order, the chips are cold not really cooked properly no salt no flavour The buns are stale not much sauce and it really doesn’t taste nice and fresh with stale buns and with the drinks, post mix warm no ice when you asked for ice in the drinks they huff and puff about it. Their manners they need to Work on and also not professional at all just disgusting the whole place especially when there is rubbish in tables and on floor and toilets are not clean. Never again.
Pretty good speed even when a lots of orders.
McDonald’s Sylvania is an average place for a quick meal. The food is generally what you would expect from McDonald’s, but the service can be quite slow, especially during busy periods. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of speed and efficiency. Hopefully, the customer experience will improve in the future.
Staff member who assisted was lovely, other staff standing around chatting. There was only us and one other small group, yet we could not find one clean table and chairs, everywhere we looked was grubby and the toilets were disgusting. My husband’s coffee was scorching hot. Our worst ever visit to a McDonalds store.
ordered double bigmac always handed me regular one like more than five times
