The service was terrible I waited in the drive thru for 45 min for my food to came. The chicken nugget was stiff and soggy. The Big Mac was so dry and they didn’t even make it probably they just dumped everything in it. Don’t go to this McDonald’s at sylvania at all service and food was terrible
Absolutely pathetic. Order a large meal through drive through, got home and found that the large chips I ordered was half filled equivalent to the amount you would get with a small serving. If you want a Maccas that gives you a full serving in your large chips order go to Kirrawee. btw i did not have the cheeky snack while driving home and there were no chips spilt in the bag. This is how many chips i got.
really disappointed with the service and lack of care today. i ordered a medium soy iced latte and recieved a large iced latte full of vanilla syrup. i explained that it wasnt my order and i can’t drink full cream. manager insisted its soy milk and returned the drink to me and so i had to bin the drink. i couldnt trust that it is the correct milk and won’t make me sick if there’s also random sugar syrup in it that i didn’t order.
The water wasn't too bad. Took about 45 seconds to get it and it came with an unwanted straw and lid. Too much ice though
Good coffee, $3 for a toastie. Service could be betternnHowever, I've never seen this McDonalds so dirty and untidy, I felt very uncomfortable eating in.nThe McCafe was closed, and I didn't see one staff member clean a table, sweep the floor, or pick up any rubbish.nFor a company priding itself on good food, service, and cleanliness, this is extremely disappointing nUnless there is improvement in these areas, I won't be back or bring my grandchildren.nSorry, I could not recommend nPs: Thought I would see if there was an improvement since my last visit. Sorry, maybe worse, new photos.. please lift your game Mecca's nColino1861
