Story

Bella Cibo Jannali is a gourmet takeaway and home delivery service. We provide fast and affordable, yet restaurant quality food, that can be delivered straight to your door! All you need is the plate, we do the rest.

We specialise in Italian food, from pizza; pastas, to pork dishes and eye fillet steak.

We also sell braised BBQ pork ribs and beef back ribs, wicked wings; seafood, and a wide range of freshly made salads, and even desserts! All our food is either Gluten free, or available gluten free. We cater for all dietary requirements as we made the majority of our products from scratch, using locally sourced sustainable produce wherever possible.

Food was good to taste and right on the dot ready for pick up. Staff were friendly. BUT they can certainly improve on hand hygiene. I wouldn't feel safe If someone puts pizza topping on my pizza without wearing a glove/without washing their hand first

Usually order a lot from here from menu log.... got a call from someone from Bella Cibo saying that they want us to order from the Bella Cibo website because then we won't get charged a delivery fee.... so next order I order and pay through their website. I get a weird phone call from them 1 hour after I ordered asking if I received an email? I say no.... they say oh ok, well we have had your pizza in the pizza warmer for 40min so we will make you a new one and get it straight out to you.... Weird but I say ok.... then another hour later (so now 2 hours after I originally ordered) I get another phone call saying I have to come and pick it up because it's under the minimum order. I say don't bother I'll just have a refund, by this time I can't even be bothered to eat. Then the guy on the phone hangs up on me. Your food is good but your service is so unprofessional. Will NEVER order again.

The food here is nice. They do good pizzas. They deliver locally too, but they can take a long time to deliver though, so order about an hour in advance.
