I ordered 5 pizzas and a garlic bread on a Tuesday evening via the app which was all very straightforward. I arrived at the Gymea store to pick up my order at this time the app indicated that the order was ready to find a few disgruntled looking customers in the foyer, two confused looking staff members at the oven and one staff member making pizza. Nobody was talking to the customers at all or even acknowledging that they were there. It was 7 minutes until I could talk with a staff member who was the person making pizza when I arrived. I enquired about my order and he simply said it would be ready soon. I asked if it was still in the oven and he said yes. I waited a further 8 minutes until I was able to talk to someone again and in this time only two or three customers received their small orders. I looked around and noticed a large pile of pizzas next to the oven and the staff members kept opening these pizzas one by one when customers asked where their orders were. I asked if my order was actually in the oven or if the pizzas are just sitting there in the big pile. The staff member checked, then walked straight past me to make pizza without saying anything. I was impatient by this point, so called out to him to let me know where my order was. He came back to the counter and informed me that only 4 of my 5 pizzas could be found, so he was going to make the fifth one now. I was very fed up, so I just asked if I could take what they could give me as I had people waiting for me to provide them dinner. I ended up leaving very disappointed with four cold pizzas and three garlic bread instead of the five pizzas and one garlic bread that I actually ordered. Apparently the printer ran out of paper at some point which threw everything into disarray. I do understand that things happen, but the most disappointing thing was that customers were being completely ignored. I was standing there along with other customers for 15 minutes wondering what was going on and ended up having to call out to find out. No matter what happens, you cannot just ignore people let alone paying customers. If I were there to place an order, I would have walked out after 2 minutes of not being served, but I had already paid so I had no choice but to wait it out. Had I been served and informed of the situation when I walked in the door, I could have requested whatever pizzas were ready at the time which I'm sure those four pizzas were ready then as indicated by the app or simply requested a refund, so that I wouldn't have to wait. By not acknowledging customers, this choice is taken away and it is incredibly frustrating. This was my first time ordering at Dominos Pizza Gymea and I do not know why I would be bothered going there again, but thought this feedback would at least be valuable and hopefully improve the customer experience moving forward.
Absolutely utterly useless!!! This has happened a number of times now. I order and wait 2+ hours after the time it said it was going to be delivered. Call them many times with no answer on the phone. Finally this time around after the 4th call they finally answer to tell me they will make it now after a 2.5 hour wait. Unbelievable, how does this shop honestly expect to survive. Definitely will not be ordering from them again !!!
Ordered 3 pizzas, 2 got delivered cold and 2 slices of pepperoni on the entire pizza also it looked like pizza had been through the washing machine, due to the fact that delivery is done on a bike any bump or turn the pizza starts falling apart. You can’t deliver pizza using a bike ridiculous . Never buying pizza from Gymea dominoes again.
Staff were busy but had a smile on their face, Customer service was excellent. Pizzas were very Delicious as well. Will visit them again.
This store must be the worst customer service I have ever seen. I made an order online last month and delivered over an hour late so I called the store and the person I spoke to has no idea why my order was that late so I said never mind then they send me a Free Pizza coupon which it didn't work online so I called the store and they placed my order to be delivered at 4.30 but still not delivered so called the store and was shocked they didn't place my order at all. This is a joke and would send a formal complaint to the head office. Never ever again buy pizza from Domino's
Got a delivery all 3 pizzas were overcooked and cold the Hawaiian pizza had no ham on it, they did not inform me that they ran out of ham they just assumed I would like plain pineapple pizza will never order from there again
Pizza was delivered over an hour late. When it came time for delivery as scheduled and hadn't arrived I rang the store. It took six times to ring before anyone answered. I was told it was ready in the store and waiting for delivery. So when we finally received it over an hour later it had desitergrated and was a cold mess. Waste of $100.
Pathetic service, they kept me on hold for 30mins to cancel my order. I was wanting to speak to the manager about canceling my order waiting more then 1.5hours for 2 pizzas the child worker that took my call couldn't spell and had a hard time listening to a simple address avoid dominos and eat pizza somewhere else. As for the mannager that never picked up the phone after making me wait 30mins, maybe you should find another job that doesnt involve you being the mannager if you cant handle the work, pick up the phone you flop.
Both pizza either lacking toppings completely or missing a couple toppings. You order a pizza expecting to get what you order not a build your own and call it a day.
