McDonalds is dead centre in town, and it is easy to get to. Not once have I had an order go wrong here. Friendly staff. Although the play-place isn't that big for the kids, they can still enjoy it. Overall, you simply can not be disappointed in McDonalds - Edit : I got to update this. Today I got a chicken big mac, but I replaced the big mac sauce with the McChicken big sauce, and DAMN that was good. Picture below of the delicious big mac McChicken
I did get a stale mcmuffin with an off egg once but other than that, the staff are really nice always welcoming and kind, love them but… the owner has a terrible attitude towards ex coworkers and goes out of her way to be rude and snobby towards them. She needs to improve her attitude.Food: 3/5
The manager needs training in CS, I understand your target demographic of employees is a highschool grad with little to no life skills, but when we asked the manager could we swap the cold fries for hot ones???? The response should NEVER be ...."They were turned out less that 2 minutes ago they are hot" Then when questioned about the possible fryer heat level" Again the response should NEVER be "What do you think we can change the heat settings" With a almost tantrum style walk away! Lucky guys I'm just passing through, and luckily some people are still happy to support the business whilst it looks like a modern bomb site, as I'd never grace that building site again!
Had wraps, chips and burgers. It was cooked fresh and tasty. Quick service. Not too busy. Table and chairs need to be sanitized and wiped as a bit dirty and dusty.Food: 5/5
Not happy. Ordered a Chicken Deluxe. Got back to accommodation opened said box as pictured in first pic. Found a Quarter Pounder with bacon as pictured in second pic. Have a feeling I've been ripped but couldn't be bothered returning. 1 is too much.
Seems this store is INCAPABLE of putting bacon on a burger. It's missed so bloody often it must be DELIBERATE! The half empty fries were just the icing on the cake
Really bad experience, first time happen to me in mc donald, it supost to be a food chain restaurant, but here is diferent: burguer cold , chips cold , when i ask to the manager if is posible to have a hot chips he gave me ones full oil without salt, súper bad face . I didnt said Anything about the cold burguer for sure .. Im leaving the restaurant so sad
It was fine, same as I expect at any McDonald's. No problem. Staff were polite and I got the food. I say it was a better experience than in Perth. Just saying.

I was blown away today, the young man who served us was kind and friendly, dressed in a full on Santa suite, with a beard and all. It made me smile while he interacted and engaged with us through the drive through window, even gave the kids lollies which thoroughly made their evening. It was really great to see the young man being so invested and i really did appreciate his engagement and energy. I am usually greeted with a " $46.50 cash or card, then a window slam" before a i drive to the pick up window. This interaction tonight really gave me hope in the youger generation and for that i have rated their service 5 star. It actually made me so happy and i was pleasantly surprised.
