Had an absolutely amazing experience today bringing in my faulty guitar. I think he's name was Ben, but he was super kind, extremely helpful and respected that I just got a new guitar and didn't want to have to leave it overnight and wanted it back ASAP. He fixed the guitar right infront of me explaining everything and I learnt some things along the way. Could not recommend this place any more.
An absolute pleasure to deal with this shop, super helpful staff who followed up at every step of my purchase and arranged excellent packing and shipping to my door.
I found the shop by googling music shops in Castle Hill. When I went in there they were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get the instrument i wanted and they were able to order the music book i wanted. It was very efficient as I got a message when it arrived to come and pick it up. Again very friendly and helpful when I went in and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be going back to them again each time to get the next thing my son wants to learn. Very happy
Went in here looking for an instrument for my child. The lady said it was all sold out; never offered to order me one; never offered to even show me other brands they had on stock. And when I asked where else I could go - said google it and then call them up - so very unhelpful. Don't waste your time to drive up there - so many other places which will help you find that instrument.
Offered a trade between pedals, they accepted. I sent my pedal first, then they sent theirs after they got mine, so very trustworthy.
