If you want to explore your jean fittings, ask for Christian. Brilliant with his customer service and great knowledge of jeans. No wonder the store is doing so well.

Beautiful, helpful staff who helped me get new jeans after losing 28kg and no longer knowing my body type!

Today I was helped by a truly amazing salesperson named Brooke. I was feeling really self conscious about my weight gain since my second child and had no idea what size or style suited. She went above and beyond helping me try on several styles and sizes until we found the most amazing and perfect fit. I was so unbelievably grateful for her amazing customer service and left the store with great looking and incredibly comfortable pair of jeans.

I was served today by John. He delivered absolutely outstanding customer service, did well on the upsell and was great to interact with  10/10 would buy jeans from John again

I was overcharged more than $100 00 on an exchange because the lady who served me wouldn’t listen when I explained her initial mistake and went on to stuff it up a second time which resulted in my physically having to return to the store to get my full refund.

I am so grateful to Brooke for her help yesterday afternoon. She was so mindful and supportive: offered bigger change room where I could leave my daughter in a pram and found exact model I fall in love with. It was the first time I bought Levi’s. Thanks a lot Brooke!

Big thank you to Troy for helping me this afternoon!! I’m usually a size 18 Size 14 in your stretchy Amaze Knit Denim jeans and I was dreading shopping for new jeans. Troy helped me in such a kind and thoughtful way to find a pair of jeans that fit me nicely. I really appreciate his effort, it’s also great that your store stocks my size. I had a nice experience shopping at your store and recommend the customer service to others, as all the staff were friendly.

My mum and I went to shop today. We successfully did exchange for the right size jeans and jacket. I would like to thank today that handsome young gay. Mum lost her opal card today in the shop, must be in the fitting room. That gentleman returned to us. I don't know his name, but he was with a colourful mask. He made my day .
