store has a clean layout with modest selection; however staff have limited cable knowledge. My wife called in to purchase telephone cables with RJ11 connectors. They didn't sell them, so one of the staff members recommended to purchase an RJ45 cable because they were "basically the same".

Bought a system here, got a good deal from a mate who worked there. Computer died so i brought it back for them to service but because of the "deal" I got which excluded the build cost, in their eyes they weren't obligated to look at it because I didnt pay the build cost. AT NO POINT during my payment was I informed of this at all! Had they told me that because of this deal, they werent liable for services or repairs, I would not have gone through with it. I specifically wanted them to build it for me so that if something happened I could take it back. I'm sure they have built some good systems in the past, but I found this level of service completely unacceptable, trying to find any way to not take responsibility. I explained that my work and income hinges on having a working computer as I work from home but this didn't matter to them at all. Would not recommend this place to anyone who wants good follow up customer service. Happy to sell, unwilling to help when problems arise.

Great service and a great range. Not enough display monitors on show to see what I was getting. Otherwise, my experience was hassle free.

Competent , knowledgeable and very helpful staff! I got a Aorus 1080 and a Razor mouse total value 1300$ . Took me less than 10mins to decide with the help of their staff. I do not regret shopping there but can highly recommend them. Good attitude and they know what they are taking about.

Had a faulty Lenovo laptop, took it into the store and they said its not a problem, they don't think Lenovo would cover it so I should just accept it. I understand that the problem was very small but a problem is a problem.
