I've just left an appointment with Leham O'Connor at the Maroochydore branch. I cannot put in words how much Leham has helped myself and my partner to gain full time employment and a new life. Even when he was in the Bundaberg office we coincidentally followed him all the way down to Maroochydore and he finalised making this happen.  Thank you Leham!! You are amazing! Looking forward to what comes next. Sarah

I have been trying for the last 4 days to be put through to  the Maroochydore office, leaving messages and emails supposedly sent through for the actual manger by name to give me a phone call, so far I am left in the dark. I am not an actual Max customer so the mind boggles at how they are actually dealt with. All I need to do is discuss with the disability manager what is happening with my a family member who I am legally entitled.

Stupid reception, no help at all, They don't want too help and don't offer any advice, Extremely rude and selfish  Reception need a good root from husband so there not so rude...  I am extremely broke and the lady just laughed at me and made me feel extremely low about myself. Hope you get fired and Rott in hell.

My consultant doesnt reply to emails, will only contact if / when they need something from me. Very rude and unprofessional, they want people off the dole and to get through their day at the office. Zero real care for people.

Very helpful, friendly staff, really assisted me in getting ready for work and provided support even once i had obtained employment, in particular, Sophie has really gone out of her way to help/make sure i had everything i needed.

Was told someone would call back. No one called back and this caused payments to be cancelled. Not resolved. Rude and unprofessional. Told to transfer to another provider

Terrible customer service. I get told people will call me back and they never do causing payments to get suspended.

I waited for 40 minutes and the only time someone said something was when I walked out the door. Useless
