The check in time of 11am at Mooloolaba caravan park is ridiculous and the receptionist won’t let you in before even when your booked site has been vacated. There is no where to park while you waiting for check in.

They love giving over priced fines for the slightest misunderstanding, I’m single, just moved here and on a pension and got a $275 fine for not knowing “dogs on lead after 9am and not doing my research into the the council laws,” this was my first time visiting the area. They had no compassion to wipe it.

Who's idea was it to issue infringement notices automatically??? Absolute geniuses. I lived here for 3 months for a work project. Registered my dogs for the period which I lived there being a responsible citizen. 3 years later I receive a notice from SPER saying my licence is about to be cancelled due to unpaid dog rego on the sunshine coast. Sunshine Coast Council had my email and phone number and NEVER contacted me about this - other than sending the infringement notices to an address at which I  no longer lived. Spent hours on the phone to have my licence not cancelled and the fine withdrawn. Typical council.

Really bad bin service, over the past 7 years BINS constantly missed, knocked over and left in the middle of the road or on the side with half the rubbish still in them. Have complained a number of times, NOTHING EVER DONE, now is seeking LEGAL ADVICE.

Council never clean drainage in a regular basis .. Either so the drains properly and redo them with concrete remove all weeds and trees .. All drains are blocked asked for clearance every 3 months zip nothing.

Thanks Sunshine Coast Regional Council for NOT mowing the Pt Arkwright Reserve! It will make it a little difficult finding a nice spot to picnic tomorrow...The 26th of January!!!! A small child will get lost in the grass...it's soooooo long!! A very kind person has mowed a couple of tracks from the street to the beach entrance...for the public!

Called sunshine coast council for assistance with giving wrong infringement notice, absolutely no help from staffs side, the infringement was provided when the parking was free at bulcock street during new year time. Very inappropriate action by the council.

The staff at the call centre are brilliant. Always receive answers to my questions. Never on hold for long periods of time either. Thank you to ALL the employees of the Sunshine Coast Council. Keep up the awesome work you all do. The Coast would not shine without you.

We have raise.several complaints about cars parked on council land and the only action.that has been.under taken is a.piece of paper on the windscreen and asking the owner to move.the 4 cars.several times. The owner of the vehicles is playing the council knowning They wont do anything about it. Yet council is happy to fine a family for a.basketball Hoop on the foot path but yet cars.damaging land and blocking public access nothing happens.  We are told there is a process, but seriously how many.times does.it take to request for cars to be moved as.it looks like a junk yard. Also road worked damaged our road.side curbs when They re surfaced the road. We were.told if They are.to.fix it then the entire.street would need to be.done so.it wont be.done any time soon. Our rates cover things like this and.council wont.fix this either.  Why do we pay rates when council is responsible for fixing things our rates cover.

Trying to register a dog.. can't sign in online ,can't register online. Can't get a person to answer the phone at council .Then when I do get someone , after 20 minutes they can't help me register my dog.
