A regular for us when it comes to Sushi. The food is always exceptionally fresh and the staff very friendly. They will even prepare a dish for you if requested. Top marks
First time visiting Master Sushi. I didn’t have a great first impression walking in as it looks quite outdated. The sushi is overpriced and wasn’t pleasant at all, infact I have to say the chicken was gross. A positive is the service, it was good. I wouldn’t go back.
Master Shushing is truly a standout Sushi restaurant on the Gold Coast at Broadbeach. Wonderful quality and very inexpensive authentic Japanese fare. This place is a staple for the me when visiting family & friends. Where ever you like to dine, include Master Sushi. Check out their value small plates of big dishes......I love this place!
Average food, average service, average vibe. The place is super run down, the benches were sticky like they had not been cleaned properly, floors were dirty. Utensils and plates are cheap plastic and tacky. Sushi from the train didn't look or taste fresh, there wasn't alot of variety, and for some reason it was mostly empty of food like the chef had forgotten it was even there. I didn't see a waitress once, there were clearly seen out the back gossipping. Overall, not a place I will be returning to.
don't tell me they closed forever. I need to eat sushi like he used to. The best sushi I've ever tasted at GC. please open soon.
I visit Master Sushi at least twice a week - the food is amazing - the absolute best sushi you will find on the Gold Coast. The sushi train is being filled continuously therefore its as fresh as u can get. The grilled salmon nigiri is to die for and made to order - spicy bbq pork with rice as a meal is always a winner. Congratulations to the owners and staff they are incredible - so friendly and happy. They certainly look after their customers.
Not sure how this place managed to get anywhere close to it's current rating, but I am disappointed in my experience. I ate there on the weekend and the food was very average, but not only that, I have had food poisoning as there is nothing else I've eaten until now that would set me off. I should have "trusted my gut", because immediately upon walking in the place looks extremely run down, holes in the walls, yucky color scheme lime green and red dining tables., blu tacked menu items etc. And speaking of the train, the selection was very limited and the train was very short, which I thought was rather silly. I used to eat here many years ago, and never recalled it being as poor quality as it is now. Please give it a much needed reno and put some life into it.
hadn't been there for ages went on sunday 17/02/19 now the store is super run down stupidly l ate anyway. 1.5 hours later i got my wife to call an ambulance. I was in the worst pain i have ever experienced i needed 2 green whistles pain killers vomit and 5 hours in hospital i also needed to have the next day off work. I had not eaten anything else in 18 hours so absolutely no doubt the food poisoning came from this sushi. please be warned
I'm coming to this place for years and it has never let me down The sushi is amazing and the service is always spot on. It's also a real sushi train and old-fashioned style sushi train, not the conveyor belts you see today at other sushi resturants
Average food. Very run down decor.. But i have never before been asked to come and pay for my meal before i finished. Yes it was jusr before closing time. But 5 more minutes and we would have been finished. Unfinished food and drinks on the table. Paid and left. I will never go back!
