I have been going to Maroochy Waters Medical Practice for about 16 years. I have found them to be very pleasant and very caring. Also I have had good experiences with their promptness to forward you to another doctor, specialist should they not be able to treat it. All in all a very good medical surgery.
My family and myself have been attending Maroochy Waters Medical Practice for many years. All of the doctors are very attentive, professional and highly qualified. We always received a good care. The front staff are very nice and efficient. We are lucky to have received such good medical care.
My regular GP recommended this practice in lieu of being able to visit her. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes post the time of my appointment. At no time was I advised on presentation or during the lengthy 45 minute wait that there were delays. I had to leave the surgery without being seen due to other commitments. I provided feedback privately that this wasn't a good experience. Unfortunately, even after this private feedback no apology or explanation has been forthcoming, so I've taken my experience public.
Maroochy Waters Medical practice was recommended to me when I moved to the coast two years ago. Since then I have found it to be a place of high standards from all staff and I have received consistently thorough quality care from the doctors, in particular from my GP Dr Paul Sheldon, whom I mostly see. I am happy to pass on the recommendation.
I have been going to the Maroochy Waters Medical Practice for the past 7 years. The doctors, nursing staff and reception staff are always friendly, professional and welcoming. Although I have a regular doctor who is amazing, on the few occasions I have seen any of the other doctors there, I have found them to be caring, and always willing to take the time needed to listen to my concerns.
I’ve been a patient of Maroochy Waters Medical for 16 years. The care from all staff - Reception , Nurses and Doctors is second to none. A huge shout out to the wonderful Dr Joanna East - I am so grateful to have her care for myself and my Mum. This is a practice where people really matter.
Dr Jo East is the Best Dr I have had in my lifetime. I’m now almost 62 years old. And I would especially recommend her to any Female looking for a Loving Caring Practitioner on the Sunshine Coast. Love you Jo
Very professional and friendly staff. I only know two doctors at this practice but both are extremely competent and proactive. I have confidence my health is very good hands. Highly recommended.
Really under pressure… because they are so good. And they continue to be really good. Always willing to help even when things get difficult. Doctors and Nurses and Reception —- all one team doing a great job.
Maroochy Waters Medical Practice have supported and cared for our family for 17 years, when we moved to the Sunshine Coast. The staff are always delightful to deal with and go out there way to assist. It is such a relief to have doctors who care so greatly about your over well health. Thank you
