Had a drama with some titanium frameless glasses frames breaking from metal fatigue. Specsavers fixed them over a 5 year period despite being out of warranty, great work. Last week I brought a lens coating failure to their attention as it failed completely at the 2.5 year mark, they honoured replacing lenses despite being out of warranty, great work! A new set of polarising tri-focal glasses was causing headaches despite same script as a new set of tri-focal photochromatic glasses that were fine. A visit back to Maroochydire store and comprehensive review resulted in a frame alignment tweak and viola: all fine now
Absolutely wonderful! The best experience I've had at an eye appointment, the Maroochydore Specsavers staff are some of the best I've met! Zoe went above and beyond helping me pick my frames and her customer service is amazing, I felt so welcome and I ended up with the perfect pair thanks to Zoe. She also did a wonderful job explaining the initial eye tests, I even learned things I didn't know about them and I've been getting these tests for years haha. My optometrist, Brie, was such a delight! Her demeanour was so kind and considerate, and she really made sure my new prescription was spot on. Brie was so knowledgeable, I was so impressed with her attention to detail and I'm really happy with the outcome from my appointment. Thank you so much guys!
Had a great experience at Specsavers Maroochydore last week. The store was very busy so I was served by the manager Chris. They had a great choice of frames and I easily selected my 2 pairs. Chris measured me up so the glasses should be sized correct and make for easy pick up in a couple of weeks. Would highly reccomend Chris and the Team.
Excellent from start to finish! After having my eyes checked by Malcolm a couple of weeks ago I was assigned to Jean-Luc who helped me chose 3 different frames and was both knowledgeable and professional with his advice! Today I came in to have an ear check with Josh Corina then as my new glasses had arrived I sat with Alison while she adjusted my frames and was so friendly! An easy experience! Thank you Specsavers Maroochydore!
Just purchased new glasses yesterday and went back to have them adjusted. Kalara was amazing. She is friendly, listens, and was very helpful. I was very happy with my customer service. This girl needs a pay rise!
Had an audiologist appointment here with Joshua. I couldn’t recommend him enough! He was extremely awesome to deal with and explained everything that was going on. Even sent an email with some more information on coping with tinnitus. Thank you again and I look forward to see him again if I have any issues.
I visited Spec savers Maroochydore almost two weeks ago and was served by Toni. I only needed my glasses adjusted but got so much more. She went over and above to give me information about future purchases, care for my glasses and even tips about the shopping centre itself. Thank you Toni, your an asset to Spec savers!
I needed a replacement part for my specs but they didn't have it in stock. They did however, have parts on their demo stock that would fit. Rather than having me wait for days, Zahn from Maroochydore store didn't 'follow the script' and took the initiative to repair my specs with parts from demo stock. Very refreshing to see this level of customer service. Go Zahn!!
Their eye tests etc are great . My only concern is getting pushed in for a hearing test which I didn’t need or request the lady told me it was free ! I refused . No spec savers . It is not . It is direct billed to Medicare for which I pay my taxes to ! Be careful with pushing tests not required
I have had several interactions with this store over the past 2 months. Their service is excellent and the staff are always friendly. I feel important to them and they cared about my outcomes.
