Ladies at the front desk were very courteous and helpful with my packages that I needed to pick up If you don't have the card left at your doorstep, bring photo ID as proof Please observe the social distancing rules which were placed in visible places Limited parking spaces to about 4-6 but possibly more around the lobby within small walking distance Have packages delivered to your work address if it's allowed to ensure that someone is present to receive the package.
Had very pleasant experience with the 2 ladies on front, very helpful and fast. The only issue I can say is that when 3-4 persons come in all at the same time to claim a parcel, everyone's stuck on the front entrance, blocking the way.
Came in with a slip to pick up delivery from here and was told they didn’t have it and the only way someone could’ve gotten the package was with the slip i had which doesn’t make sense because I had it. I live alone and the slip was pushed in under the door and no one has access to my house. I asked the 2 ladies at the counter what to do about it and they said “Well, I don’t know. We can’t do much about it”. Horrible service. Do better please!
They leave a note at the door saying come before 5 pm to collect your parcel. Reach there at 4.20 and they are already closed. Misleading and eating up tax payers money and not working. Not the first time, I’m sure it won’t be the last. Useless!
Only had to come here a handful of times - havent had any issue as yet.
Watch driver pull up waited fornhim to knock but instead he left after 1min only to fine a red card in letter box, with a name i didnt recognize. There is no number to call either so i googled but no options to speak to operator
You need to update your address from Ronwood Avenue since you're NOT there any longer!!! For anyone else wondering where they are, they're now at 5 Freeman Way, Manukau.
I have had a PO box here for a few years now and have always had excellent friendly service from all the staff.
Update your answering machine its now level 2.5, Its been that way for a week, yet you still saying that your shut,totaly inpet service.
Hard to get a hold of. Left a message and they still didnt contact me back.
