This staff member was working with an unpleasant attitude, and I had to line up again to wait for another staff member to assist me. I suggest AA review this employee’s work attitude.
I'm undecided about this, why the 3 stars. I came in for a drivers license renewal but i was hassled by counter person to sign up for AA and mentioned free eye test multiple times before I even paid. I said no. I then went to the binocular test machine for eye test, and surprisingly I failed??! She then pushed me again to sign up with AA to get free eye test. I am suspicious, is the machine tampered with? AA is for roadside assistance but now a free eye sight advocate. I sign up to AA for the free eye test gimmick, and when I do sign she then says I will still need to pay spec saver for certificate???? Not mentioned once during the conversing I am more suspicious now. I am surprised I failed eye test.nI go to spec saver manukau Supa center and I passed easily.nI go back to AA to get my license and while I'm waiting in line she is pushing another middle aged person to sign up to AA for free eye test at spec saver.nWhat was suppose to be a $30 licence renewal trip ended up being $150 trip not including travel costs...nI am leaving this post just in case other middle aged people who are now susceptible to health problems can be targeted and baited by this sale technique or ploy. Dont reply to this or I will name the counter person on here for the world to see.
Came here to take a photo for RealMe, time from sitting down in the queue to taking my photo took 18 mins. Queue moved quickly despite only three counters available. Could do with more RealMe signage though. I saw only one RealMe sticker on one of the counters so assumed I had to queue up for that particular counter, but all the counters do RealMe, so lolnStaff were efficient.
They don’t give you full information at once, be prepared to visit them more than 3 times and the Job is still not done. One of the worst customer experience I have had so far.
I was applying for insurance, and I had the worst experience with staff ever. She told me that I'm impatient, but I didn't even rush her or anything. I asked her to repeat herself a couple of times. When it's her turn to explain to me, she starts giving off attitude, getting impatient, and saying she can't do insurance like this when I don't know English while I only asked her a few things. I didn't do anything wrong, I just asked her to explain a few things for me as I was acting as a translator for my family friends as English isn't their first language, that's all. I know my english is not too great but it's their job to explain to us customer not to get annoyed at customers. Would not recommend going here.
