Appointment with IRD is in most people's minds like visiting the dentist. Today I had to go in to make arrangements for paying a tax bill. The officer Shona was helpful, considerate and professional. Instead of the dentist this was more like visiting the physiotherapist. Excellent customer service. 3 months later in self isolation Needed to call them again by phone this time and I got the same professional, courteous and considerate service. Well done guys!

I was desperate and came to you for help, and you told me what I needed to know, but when I asked if you could put this in writing to stop a company from trying to take illegal action against me, you declined. This tells me your system is ill gotten and not helpful at all.
Such as bunch of jokers! Never attend phone calls but very interested in our hard earned money. I have tried calling them for the past 2 months at least 6 to 10 times a week but never got to speak anyone!

Trying to get in contact with IRD and asking about family tax credit. the answering machine pik up ask too many questions then hang up and wast my 30 minutes. So disgusting
Just spent some time on the phone with a guy named Steve. He was very helpful, he explained everything throughly and had great customer service!thank you so much Steve for making my experience with Inland Revenue a good one.
Visited today 25 June 2021, around 11:15 am, the lady at the information count was super forgot to ask for her name, will give her 12 of out 10 for her service, problem solved, and question answered. As for the 0800 number will give a -10 out of 10, asking a bunch of question then only thing you get is something like, "we are too busy at moment so try again later, or try other number or go online", then hang up. If the phone is made to annoying or piss people then IRD you could not make it more perfectly!
I have just been talking to a gentleman called Dean who was excellent. He was so helpful and so knowledgeable. I actually felt like I was talking to a friend. First Class.
